A formal letter issued by the employer addressing strikemanpower with full detail of the job categories, number of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and all other facilities . To be attested by Chamber of Commerce & Nepalese Embassy. 

We hereby authorize Strikemanpower to act on our behalf in recruiting the required number of workers from Nepal. This authorization extends to carrying out all necessary formalities related to the recruitment process, including coordination with the respective Embassy and relevant government agencies of Nepal.

This agreement is made between Strikemanpower and the Employee. The agreement, presented on Strikemanpower's letterhead, clearly outlines all terms and conditions regarding the supply of manpower from Nepal.

The demand letter and power of attorney must be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Nepalese Embassy in the concerned country. For Oman, a demand letter is required. The same requirements apply for Strikemanpower.
